Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all ALQUEMA designer tags and pleat-protection packaging intact.
Label and Post
Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop the parcel at your nearest authorized postal service point.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
