What is the best way to care for my Alquema pleated garments?
To maintain the integrity of our signature pleats, we recommend a cool hand wash. After washing, simply roll the garment in a towel to remove excess water and lay it flat to dry. Avoid ironing or dry cleaning, as high heat can damage the pleat structure.
Does Alquema offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the garments are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
How do I determine my size?
Our pleated fabrics offer significant stretch and are designed to flatter various body shapes. We typically offer sizes 0, 1, and 2. You can find a detailed size conversion chart on each product page to help you find your perfect fit.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
